All Thrive Event bookings are made online. You will receive email confirmation from Eventbrite after your booking and a direct email from Thrive with joining information
Any form of non-attendance on a course is considered a cancellation. If you cancel, transfer or postpone a confirmed space a fee is payable as follows:
More than 6 weeks – 50% payable
Between 1-6 weeks – 75% payable
Less than 1 week – 100% payable
If we cancel a course any fees you have paid will be refunded in full or you can transfer to another date at no extra charge if applicable. You can substitute another delegate at no extra charge – please just notify Thrive directly of the change and relevant delegate contact details.
